2.1 Website Visitors

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (STRATO) may automatically collect:

2.2 Portal / dApp Usage

When you use the PRICEKRAKEN Portal, we process:

• Blockchain wallet address — provided by you when connecting your wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Ledger). This is required to interact with smart contracts on the Flare Network.
• Blockchain transaction data — all interactions with the Flare Network (delegation, claims) are recorded on a public blockchain and are inherently transparent. We do not control or store this data.

We do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers through the Portal unless you contact us directly. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract/service).

2.3 Data You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us via email, we process your name, email address, and message content to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if related to a contractual relationship.

Our Service relies on the following third-party providers:

• STRATO AG (hosting) — servers located in Germany
• Flare Network RPC (flare-api.flare.network) — for reading blockchain data
• OKX API — for fetching live FLR price data (no personal data transmitted)
• WalletConnect Inc. — for QR-code-based wallet connections. WalletConnect's own Privacy Policy applies.
• Bootstrap CDN / Google Fonts — for loading stylesheets and fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to these CDN providers.
• TowoLabs / Bifrost Wallet — for fetching FTSO provider metadata (names, logos). No personal data transmitted.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses:

• Essential cookies/local storage — for wallet connection state (WalletConnect session data). These are technically necessary and do not require consent under Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.

We do not use analytics cookies, tracking cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services.

5. Blockchain Data

Interactions with the Flare Network are recorded on a public, immutable blockchain. This includes wallet addresses, delegation amounts, and reward claims. This data is:

• Publicly visible to anyone
• Not controlled by PRICEKRAKEN
• Technically impossible to delete due to the nature of blockchain technology

By using the Portal, you acknowledge that your blockchain transactions are public and permanent.

• Server log data — retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Contact emails — retained as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, then deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies
• Wallet connection data — stored locally in your browser only; cleared when you disconnect or clear browser data

Your data is primarily processed within the European Union / European Economic Area. When third-party services process data outside the EEA (e.g., WalletConnect, CDN providers), appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions by the European Commission apply.

The Portal interacts with smart contracts that have been tested and reviewed. Wallet connections use industry-standard protocols (WalletConnect v2, WebHID for Ledger).
